Spring at the Peak

The changing of the seasons is always a time to celebrate at Spicers Peak Lodge. Winter to spring is a particularly lovely transition where you get to enjoy the best of both worlds. The mornings and evenings are perfect for relaxing by the fire and the warm days are ideal for bush walking and picnic adventures. The best spring produce is sourced from around the country by Head Chef Minh and our market garden starts to spring to life.
