Thai Basil Gin & Tonic Cocktail Jug

Thai Basil Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

120ml Four Pillars Gin

Bunch ofThai Basil

3 limes, sliced into wedges

1 orange

750ml tonic

Ice

METHOD:

 

1. In a jug, muddle the lime and most of the basil

2. Add the gin, lots of ice and stir until ice cold

3. Add the juice of half an orange and strain into another jug 1/3 filled with ice (ensure to remove most of the basil)

4. Top with tonic water and garnish with remaining Thai Basil leaves and orange slices
