Our resident Spicers Mixologists share their best Spritz recipes

Ingredients:

60ml Aperol

90ml Prosecco

30ml Soda

30ml Ginger syrup

1 x star Anise

Method:
1. Fill up a large wine glass 3/4 full of ice
2. Add prosecco, Aperol and ginger syrup into glass
3. Top with soda
4. Garnish with star anise

Ingredients:

60ml Shiraz brandy or brandy

30ml Lemon juice

15ml Sugar syrup

30ml Egg white


Method:
1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes
2. Add all ingredients
3. Shake for one minute and then strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes
